Brad Schuber joined Kriger Law Firm as a Senior Associate in 2013. At the Kriger Law Firm, Brad serves as legal counsel to common interest developments in southern California providing both litigation and transaction services.
In his capacity as litigation counsel, Brad represents associations in a variety of matters, including governing document enforcement, injunctions, vendor contract disputes, and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. In addition, Brad provides transaction services and advises clients regarding interpretation of governing documents, corporate compliance issues, contract review, common area repairs, maintenance obligations, rule amendments, opinion letters, and loan closings.
Originally born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Brad moved to New York for college where he attended Pace University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School graduating in 1999. While attending law school his grades enabled him to join the school’s prestigious Journal of International and Comparative Law, where he eventually served as Editor-in Chief.
Brad is licensed to practice law in the States of California and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for both the Southern District and Central District of California.
Active in the community, Brad serves on the Board of Directors for the Foothills Bar Association of San Diego County, and also serves as a Committee Member on the California Legislative Action Committee of the Community Associations Institute. In addition, he is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the California State Bar, and the California Association of Community Managers.
