Garrison “Bud” Klueck has worn several different “professional hats” during his more-than-25-year award-filled career. As a result, he brings a wide variety of experience to the service of his clients. As an attorney, Bud is a board-certified family law specialist, certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is the founding partner in a 10-attorney East-County-based law firm appearing in all San Diego County Family Courts, as well as doing guardianships in Probate Court and adoptions in Juvenile Court. Bud has also served as a Pro Tem Judge in El Cajon for more than 20 years, both as a Small Claims Court Judge and a Settlement Conference Judge. Garrison is also recognized as a leading divorce mediator having helped settle hundreds of divorce cases and becoming fully-credentialed by the National Conflict Resolution Center, generally recognized as the “gold standard” of conflict resolution training. He was also trained at the American Arbitration Association. Further, Bud is a trained mental health professional with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. He serves as a certified domestic violence counselor. This training, as a mental health professional, informs and affects much of what he does in other areas of his professional life. Lastly, Garrison is an Adjunct Professor on the faculty of three San Diego County area law schools, including the University of San Diego Law School and Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Bud offers free consultations. Those who confer with Bud, and those who retain him to represent them and consult with them, know that he brings to that representation and that consultation the knowledge of a very experienced family law specialist, a long-time Pro Tem Judge in El Cajon, a dispute resolution professional and mediator, a mental health professional, and a law professor. That varied experience and Bud Klueck himself serve his clients very well.
